Prices include VAT and apply to consignments up to 2 kg. For heavier consignments and other EU countries we calculate delivery by weight and destination and state it in the quotation.

How do I know what size I need?
Measure the inner diameter of the sink drain. Most common in Croatia: bathrooms 40 mm (approx. 1.5"), hotel bathrooms 50 mm (approx. 2"), professional kitchens 75 mm (approx. 3"), industry 100 mm (approx. 4"). If you're not sure, order Measuring tool (€9.99).
How long does delivery take?
Croatia: 24–48 hours. EU: 5–7 business days. Rest of the world: 7–14 business days. Shipped from Zagreb; tracking number sent by email within 24 hours of shipment.
Can I get an R1 invoice for the company?
Yes. At checkout, enter your OIB and company name — the R1 fiscalized invoice is generated automatically. For a bank transfer (B2B), select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method.
How is Green Drain installed?
30 seconds, no tools. Remove the existing grate, insert the Green Drain, and replace the grate. No pumping, no chemicals, no professional installation. Video instructions on the Green-Drain website.
How long does the seal last?
The expected lifespan of the silicone is 5+ years under standard operating conditions. In the event of visible damage from manufacturing, replacement is free of charge. Return policy: 14 days, no questions asked.
Can I return the product?
Private customers: 14 days (product unused, original packaging). B2B and project orders: 7 days, for factory defects only. Details: Return Policy.
