Weekend home closed for a week.
P-trap in the basement is dry.
Friday: it stinks.

The owner of a vacation home or apartment knows the scenario. He opens up for the weekend, everything's clean. He returns two weeks later—a stench in the basement, bathroom, and garage. P-traps dry out during the owner's absence. Green Drain™ is a solution you install once and forget for five years.

Croatian private accommodation

Private rental is structurally large

According to DZS data, in 2024, Croatia has 1.2 million permanent beds in commercial accommodation and 448,000 rooms and camping sites. A large portion of this consists of private renters—owners of apartments, houses, and vacation homes who face the same seasonal problem.
